Supplementary Figure S3. Sorafenib stimulated VEGFC promoter activity, increased the VEGFC mRNA half-life and HuR and TTP bind the 3'UTR of VEGFC and VEGFA mRNA. Sorafenib-dependent induction of VEGFC expression is linked to increased transcription and mRNA stability. HuR and TTP directly bind to the VEGFC mRNA 3'UTR.
