摘要
•c-met overexpression is one of the features of GBM with aggressive behavior and poor prognosis.•We report here that c-met-mutated iPSC allows generation of neuronal-like organoids mimicking GBM.•This c-met mutated iPSC derived model can be a novel resource for GBM research in future studies.
